Welsh Cup 4th Round Draw

Hello,
As in the last round all the North Wales clubs have been drawn to play in the North. What the hell is going with these draws? I know Ponty are fortunate to be drawn at home once again which was due to the fact that all North Wales clubs had already been drawn out. It will be a great game against Penydarren who have proved they will be in our league very soon. You wonder what would have happened if the North Wales clubs had been drawn to play in South Wales. any ideas?
